The Asian's are well known for their nose to tail eating and the humble pork trotter is no exception. There are many ways to cook this cut such as Cantonese Sweet Black Vinegar Trotters or in a classic Vietnamese way braised with plenty of galangal.
Our meat is sourced daily from our reputable butcher at London's famous Smithfield Market.
Fresh meat is collected on the day of your delivery only.
We carefully pack the goods in Styrofoam boxes / Cool bags complete with ice packs that will keep goods cool for the journey.
Please note: Perishable goods will deteriorate or defrost if left outside for long periods. Frozen Items may / will have slightly defrosted if delivered overnight by courier. Extra Ice packs will be given to frozen items for courier deliveries.
It is advisable to pack away your goods into a fridge or freezer immediately upon receipt of goods.
