Payment & ordering online

At, you're not tied into a subscription, we just ask that you order a minimum of £20. We collect all our fresh food on the day, nothing's stored in advance. Your minimum order of £20 helps us guarantee this and avoid waste.

Our products are sized just right, and they can be stored or frozen easily. We always give you a guide to best before dates and tips on storage.

Ordering online at is easy as pie. All you need to do is register, tell us where you'd like your food to be delivered, and we'll do the rest.

All our perishable goods are collected on the day and nothing is stored in advance.

Our website is fully secured and certified, we’re 100% PCI DSS compliant. Don’t forget, your card is not charged until goods are dispatched.


Your fresh ingredients will arrive in specially made packaging, ensuring everything inside is at the correct temperature when it’s on its way to you.

All fresh items are packed in polystyrene boxes or insulated bags along with ice gel packs to keep them cool.

Live lobsters and crabs are tucked in their polystyrene bed with cold wet newspapers as well as ice gels.

As a company we’re very mindful of our impact on the environment. We know some foods come from far and wide so we try to offset this by recycling and reusing packaging as much as we can. Simply leave your boxes aside, and we’ll be happy to collect them the next time you place your orders.

Don’t worry, everything we do re-use is clean and hygienic, and we guarantee the quality of all our fresh stuff.

What if I’m not home?

Life's too short to sit at home and wait for your food, however delicious it may be.

If you're not home when your delivery arrives, not to worry. We'll leave your order exactly where you tell us in your delivery instructions. Our special made packaging will keep goods cool for a limited time until you arrive home.

What if I don’t like it?

We always strive to deliver the best we can, that means sourcing the freshest items always on the same day as your delivery. Every order goes through a quality check before being packed to make it's way to you.  However, if you're ever not 100% happy with your order, we want to know right away so we can help and make sure that next time, you will be. Simply pick up the phone and give us a call. Our opening hours are 9am-6pm Mon-Sat or drop us an email and we'll get back to you first thing in the morning.
