Steamed Kai Lan (Chinese Brocolli) with Oyster Sauce
It doesn't get more comforting then this, easy steamed or boiled greens topped with savoury oyster sauce which can easily be eaten on its own with rice.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 300g Kai Lan Chinese Brocolli (Tenderstems work great too)
- 2 x Tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
- Steam or boil the Kai Lan until tender
- Top with Oyster Sauce while piping hot
- Add Fried Shallots (Optional)
